PEANUT BUTTER SPONGE CAKE
- 45g butter or margarine
- 45g smooth Nuteez Peanut Butter
- 170g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 170g self-raising flour, sifted
- 100 ml milk
- 100g creamy Nuteez Peanut Butter
- 50g icing sugar
- 50ml milk
- 50ml chopped nuts (optional)
Grease a ring mould and line the base with a paper towel. Cream butter, Nuteez Peanut Butter and sugar until and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time and beat well. Fold in flour, add the milk to make a dropping consistency. Pour into the ring mould. Bake in pre-heated oven 180°C for 25 minutes.
Combine Nuteez Peanut Butter, icing sugar and milk in a small bowl. When the cake is cool, spread evenly on the cake and has gently. Sprinkle with chopped nuts if desired.
PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES
- 1 cup smooth Nuteez Peanut Butter
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 egg
Preheat oven to 175°C. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
Combine Nuteez Peanut Butter, white sugar, egg and flour. Mix until smooth.
Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake at 175°C for 6 to 8 minutes.
Do not over- bake! These cookies are best when they are still soft and just barely brown on the bottom.
