CHIN CHIN

Ingredients:

  • 20ml honey
  • 15ml lemon juice
  • 45ml Johnnie Walker Red
  • 60ml apple juice
  • 2 dash cinnamon powder

Method:

  1. In a shaker, pour in the honey, cinnamon and lemon, stir until the honey is dissolved
  2. Add all other ingredients and shake with ice
  3. To serve, double strain into a glass with fresh ice

ULTIMATE SOUR

Ingredients:

ultimate-sour

  • 3 dashes angostura
  • 45ml Johnnie Walker Gold Reserve
  • 30ml lemon juice
  • 30ml egg white
  • 30ml sugar syrup

Method:

  1. In a shaker, pour in all ingredients
  2. Add ice and shake
  3. Strain the contents of the shaker into another shaker and shake without the ice until full of foam
  4. To serve, pour in a whisky glass with ice

OLD FASHIONED

Ingredients

old-fashioned

  • 3 dashes angostura
  • 1 bar spoon brown sugar
  • orange peel
  • 60ml soda water

Method:

  1. In a whisky glass, take the orange peel and run it through the glass, squeezing out the juices
  2. Add angostura and sugar, add a bit hot water and stir until the sugar is dissolved
  3. Add ice and whisky and top with soda water
  4. Stir and serve
