We went out in search of the holy grail…(in this case the holy cocktail glass)… and came up with a delightful list of skinny cocktails. Just the right mix of a healthy and happy cocktail.   • Tanquery Gin 45ml
  • Lime juice 15ml
  • Berry Kiss Tea 30ml
  • Sparkling wine 90ml
  • Build in a champagne glass.
  • Top off with sparkling wine.
  • Garnish with strawberry.

  • Orange bitters
  • Slice of lemon
  • Fill a High Ball glass with ice.
  • Add Vermouth & a slice of lemon.

  • Lemon 15ml
  • Orange 15ml
  • Sparkling Wine 90ml
  • Pour Olmeca Gold.
  • Squeeze fresh lemon & orange juice.
  • Shake with ice. Top off with sparkling wine.
  • Pour into champagne glass.
