A YUMMY mouth watering recipe that will leave you wanting more and more as the garlic flavour mellows into the cooking with cider+apple juice combination. Truly amazingly awesome!
10 Garlic Cloves(peeled)
Salt and Freshly gorund pepper
2 tbsp Oil
4 Chicken Breasts Skin on
1 bay leaf
450ml Dry Cider
200ml Apple Juice
200ml double cream/cooking cream
1 tbsp thyme leaves
You can also cook the dish on a stove top but make sure the pot you use has a tight fitting lid and you gently cook the chiken over low heat until cooked. Best result are achieved in an oven though.
